Shanna Deng is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven history in healthcare across device, consumer and drug marketing. She joined CooperSurgical as the Global VP of Marketing for Medical Devices at the end of 2022 and has helped drive near-term growth while also assessing future organic and inorganic opportunities for long term performance. Known for developing and executing high performance strategies and teams Shanna started her career with Pfizer and J&J Consumer, working on iconic brands such as Tylenol and Listerine Mouthwash. She then moved into Medical Technology marketing at companies like Genzyme and Hologic. During her time at Hologic, Shanna built and led the Surgical Marketing organization, drove double-digit growth and expanded innovation within the portfolio through internal and external opportunities. During her career, Shanna also created and ran her own Strategic Marketing Consulting practice and led a large global Life Sciences marketing organization where she helped to create a cohesive Commercial strategy and rebranded the company to better address global opportunities.
