Oana Gharbi is a business consultant, professional fertility patient advocate and certified health coach. Having experienced secondary infertility first hand, Oana brings unique perspectives gained from her battlefield experience to the organizations she works with. Oana started FemTech Consult, a business consulting company dedicated to accelerating FemTech and offering support to startups wanting to make a change in women's health. She currently acts as Head of Partnerships for Proov, is a Global solutions consultant and partnerships lead for Carrot Fertility in EMEA, and leads the business development team for Plan Your Baby. Oana is a mentor for FemTech lab, a member of Resolve, the European Fertility Society and ESHRE.
