Passionate about female health, well-being, and addressing inequality, Gail is the founding partner of Lavender Ventures, where she has spearheaded investments in numerous female health and well-being companies. Her real enjoyment comes from helping these companies grow and expand. With many years of experience at Accenture as Managing Partner, Gail has deep experience helping companies respond to industry challenges, including innovation, regulation, and scaling operations. As a former COO of a tech company, she has firsthand experience of software and product development, and having worked in economic development, both in the UK and internationally, she has strong experience in business expansion and international growth. Gail has a Masters in International Business. In her spare time, Gail serves as an advisor to femella, a new professional network for young women and she is an avid runner, recently completing an ultramarathon.
