Founder and CEO, WellFounded Health
I’m Jack Kreindler, a doctor, med tech innovator and explorer with special interests and over 20+ years in extreme challenges, human performance science and medicine for extending health-span and quality of life in serious illness. Tech - I’ve been a professional geek since age 15. Alongside medicine I’ve worked in tech as Founder/CEO/CMO and UX/Product owner since the mid 90’s - from when it was definitely not cool and no one else was being a doctor and founder at the same time. Some success in a couple of first-in-class ventures UK and US, allowed me establish the now well-respected Centre for Health & Human Performance (CHHP) London, in 2007. Academia - Appointed as an honorary Reseach Fellow in public health during COVID proving self-testing can meet professional standards at Imperial and continuing to push the limits of where we can take self directed healthcare with tech. Not-for-profit - Since my wife got double cancer in 2011, our not-for-profit has helped other hard to treat cancer patients navigate personalised pathways (ACT for Cancer Foundation). My other charitable projects are Safe MMA and the British Mountain Medicine Society. WellFounded - Knowing what it’s like to build companies I’ve been privileged to be a co-founder, director, advisor and investor to notable innovative ventures and organisations globally including Headspace; Certific; Deep Lens; vielife (CIGNA); Havas Health & You; Founders Forum; WIRED Health; Klarismo; MindShare; Lucida; Singularity University; X-Prize Foundation; CNS Summit; Ochre Bio; First Minute Capital; Mosaic Ventures… and to speak on international stages about the future of medicine, technology and AI and how it will effect our health, performance and longevity. Today my focus is as Founder and CEO of WellFounded Health powered by our international concierge medicine and longevity research practice born out of CHHP that I founded in 2007. Practice - My team and I are focused on medical excellence, health-span and human flourishing. Our research has taken us to every continent and to every extreme of human capacity studying how we can build hyper-resilience and live life to its very fullest for longer than expected.
